Cycle Count

The inventory count is based on cycle counting. Prior to start the cycle count every product needs to contain a classification based on ABC/Pareto. The ABC analysis itself is not part of the Clougistic software. Before use, set the count frequency in settings.

Start counting

First select a zone

Go to inventory > count

If a category is added to the product details it's possible to count only the products from this category.

1. Choose a category or choose all to proceed.

2. Hit the Start New Count button to start counting.
   
   

   • If the zone has locations and there is only one GTIN (EAN/UPC) or a product without GTIN  on this location, the location needs to be scanned.  

   • If the zone has locations and there are more then one products with different GTIN's on this location, the location + GTIN needs to be scanned. 

   • If the zone has no locations, the GTIN needs to be scanned.
     
     

3. Enter the counted amount on the location.

4. Hit Save & Next to proceed to the next product.
