Reception

Receive goods fast and reduce mistakes using a RF device and scanner. Upon reception of purchased products, Clougistic will determine if goods can be placed on a seperate location or combined with current stock to save space.

Store products with different GTIN's on 1 location

Products with different GTIN (EAN/UPC) can be put away together on one location, except if there are custom options added to the product.

Navigate to supply > receptions to start.

1. Choose supplier and enter a supplier reference

2. Save the reception

3. Choose a purchase order to receive the goods from this order.

4. Scan product SKU or GTIN

5. Enter received quantity and scan the location.

6. Proceed with the next product.

Once the reception is completed, close the reception.

Untill a reception is invoiced, it's possible to reopen the reception.

Reception in Zone without Locations

To receive goods in a zone without locations, choose this zone with the zone switcher (in the header). It's only possible to receive goods with a GTIN in a zone without locations.
