RMA

Create a RMA

Navigate to orders and open the order details for a shipped order. Hit the RMA button and choose the product(s) to return. A RMA is created and goods are ready to process as incoming.

Processing a RMA

1. Navigate to supply > rma and choose the RMA to process.

2. Scan the SKU or GTIN (EAN/UPC).

3. Scan a warehouse location to return the goods.
